     Is there anything that I must do to confirm my order?
    A:Account Executives and Customer Service Representatives are available to assist customers from 9:00am to 6:00pm EST Monday through Friday. Orders and proposals can be placed by fax, e-mail, or phone to your local division. Please place large orders well in advance.
    We will NOT be able to accommodate last minute orders.
     
     
     
    Is there anything that I must do to confirm my order?
    A: After you have placed your order with a member of our design sales team you will receive a fax or e-mail confirmation. Please review all confirmations for accuracy to prevent delays. This confirmation must be signed and faxed back to your account executive or customer service representative. It is highly encouraged that all orders are finalized 3 weeks prior to the event date to avoid higher shipping or delivery cost.
     
     
      How do I pay for my order?
    A: All new customer payment terms are on the "Pay In Advance" basis which means the order must be prepaid via credit card, cash, company check, or personal check (must be received 4 weeks prior event . Any check that returns  as Non sufficient Funds will be assessed a $30 NSF fee along with the balance of the order. All outstanding balances are due prior to the next shipment. All uncollected balances will be assessed a 1.5% interest per month and a minimum of $250 attorney fees or actual attorney fees. Deposits may be required on all orders through pay pal only.
     
     What if I have to cancel my order?
    A: Although it is tragic when anyone has to cancel a special event please be advised that we turn away other orders to fulfill our commitment to you. All confirmed orders that are canceled prior to 7 business days from the shipment date will be assessed a 25% cancellation fee from the total of the order. All confirmed orders that are canceled within 3 business days from the shipment date will be assessed the full rental cost
     
    What if a linen happens to get damaged or lost?
    A: All linens have a listed replacement value. If a linen is lost or returned torn, burned, mildewed or soiled beyond cleaning, the replacement value will be charged in addition to the rental charge. Ronay's Design Inc. retains the ownership of the damaged linen, customer agrees that replacement cost is not a purchase of the damaged linen. To help prevent from accidentally damaging the linens please follow these three simple tips. One, do not pack linens in plastic as it will mildew in less than two hours. Two, be careful with candle wax as it will permanently damage linens. Three, most importantly, do not wash, dry clean, or launder the linens for any reason.
     
    Do I need to clean the linens before I return them?
    A: No, please do not attempt to clean or dry clean the linens. We  have a specific cleaning process for the linens that protect the color and texture of the linen. A linen can be damaged if it is not cleaned properly. Please simply follow the return policy found under "How do I return my linen rental order.
     
    Can I get my linen order set-up for me?
    A: For our customers that are serviced by a local division we offer chair cover and table linen set-up for $10-$25.00 per table Our experienced staff strives for perfection with every set-up, meticulously making every chair and table look picture perfect.     What types of credit cards can I pay with?
    A: We are proud to accept credit card payments made with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover through pay pal only. You can mail check or money order to 1739 Lady Palm Court, Trinity, FL34655.--MAILING ADDRESS
     
     Can I get samples?
    A: Swatch samples of most every linen are available upon request at a small cost to our customers. Please email us at sales@ronaysdesigninc.com or fax request in at 1-800-763-0750
